We are also grateful to have our dining room back!!!! We haven't eaten a meal there since late August.
After about six months of endless lists, phone calls, prayers, late nights, hot-glued fingers, feathers, tulle and ribbon, my daughter's wedding went off without a hitch! Thank you to our many friends and family that helped with every aspect. We especially thank you for your prayers and continued prayers for the happy couple! We are also grateful to have our dining room back!!!! We haven't eaten a meal there since late August. Reception set-up begins. Many hands truly made the work light. We used nineteen different vintage birdcages to help carry the peacock theme throughout the venue. We set up a photo booth, not certain how it would go, but it was a HIT! People were lined up all evening to have their photo taken with all the props!!! Even the grandparents participated. The coffee bar was busy as soon as the reception doors opened. Each centerpiece was unique and had a different antique brooch, earring or pin affixed to it. Vintage silver trays were each polished with care. At the cost of all my fingernails. Now the REAL work begins! Throwing the bridal bouquet got rough! Congratulations to the happy couple!!
