Not great, but better. Since you have to take a picture in order to post, and you look at other people' s pictures along with their posts, your "eye" just gets better.
It has opened my eyes and made the world a much smaller place.

"8 Can Taco Soup"
1-15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed 1-15 oz. can chicken breast
1-15 oz. can pinto beans, drained and rinsed 1-can cr. chicken soup
1-10 oz. can green can enchilada sauce (or red) 1-14.5 oz.can chicken broth
1-15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
1-15.25 oz. can corn, drained 1
Mix all ingredients together in a large pot
Heat until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally
Serve with tortilla chips
I like to cut up fresh Cilantro and sprinkle some on each bowlful. We like this served over hot rice too. You could also add shredded cheese.
This recipe literally takes about 15 minutes from start to finish and makes a hearty meal for a cold day.
