However all meals for me include setting the table. I get booed by my grown children when we have pizza and I get out the dinner plates. Please, I'm no snob, but I HATE eating food with plastic forks that break and paper plates that bend under the weight of a sandwich.
This is how my kids and my husband would choose to eat EVERY meal.
It was my job to set the table every day when I was growing up, so I soon got bored with the same old thing. I believe I was eight years old I first when started folding napkins into shapes. Keep in mind, this was long before the age of the internet or Pinterest.

I had so much fun using some of my silverware, linens, and dishes for this post. Even Clyde got in on the action. Actually, he was NO help, but he was in the middle of everything.
