This way you will also miss the bad traffic. On serious buying trips, I am pulling my fully loaded truck just as the lines of traffic are pulling in.
NOT that we didn't have an awesome time, but I still dream about that couch.
7) If you are seriously shopping, go alone or with only ONE friend. You'll be less likely to fall in love with the same piece and you will have more room for treasures.
8) If a vendor has NOTHING priced, keep walking. I find it a tiresome game to ask how much each individual item costs and even more irritating to have my husband ask and get a different, always lower price.
When I sold at shows and flea markets I had every single item clearly priced and stayed up late to make sure it was done. I did this and held a full-time job, so I have no room for excuses. There. I said it.
It is always fun and I still get a thrill every time I pull into the parking lot. Mainly because I just never know what I'll find!
Happy hunting my dear friends!
